All above prices are in euro (€) and include all taxes. The Government Tax Per Stay 0,50€ is not included and it will be added to the final payment.
- One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- Extra bed: An additional 20 % on room rates.
Check-In Policy
Check-In time: 15:00
Check-Out time: 11:00
In the case of completion of the room's leasing, the client is obliged to evacuate the room the latest at 12.00. If the client stays longer than this time and up to 18.00 he has to pay of one (1) day's rate. If he stays past 18.00 he has to pay a day's rate. If the client refuses to pay, the Hotelier has the right to take his luggage out of the room.
Cancellations
If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Unexpected Departures
Unexpected departures are treated as a cancellation and 100% of the total booking value of the unused nights will be charged during 1st June– 31st August.
Payment Policy
The deposit shall be made within 2 days from your booking, otherwise the booking shall be cancelled without prior notice. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the details or payment/deposit described in this paragraph have been provided.
Important information
A prepayment deposit of 30% via Paypal or Bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
